Start your expedition at Lima the city of kings, Cuzco and the sacred valley of the Incas, find culture at the Pisac indigenous market and history at the Ollantaytambo fortress. Peru and Bolivia in 10 days.

Your Itinerary

Day 1 – Lima

Reception and transfer from the airport to your hotel. Overnight.

Day 2 – Lima

In the morning tour of Colonial and Modern Lima, going to downtown visiting the Cathedral with Pizarro’s remains. Driving through the colonial buildings like Santo Domingo Church, San Pedro Church, Torre Tagle Palace (now the Ministry of Foreing Affairs), and then through the districts of San Isidro (Olive Grove) and Miraflores. Afternoon free. Overnight. Included: (B).

Day 3 – Lima/Cusco

Early transfer to the airport to take your flight Lima/Cusco. On arrival reception and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon a three hour escorted city tour of Cusco and the surrounding ruins of Kenko, Puca-pucara, Tambomachay and the fortress of Sacsayhuaman. Return to the hotel and overnight. Included: (B).

Day 4 – Cusco/Machu Picchu/Cusco

Full day tour to the Lost City of the Incas “Machu Picchu”, these ruins are the most impressive due to their construction entirely of stone, bearing in mind that modern mechanical devices were unknown in the era in which this structure work was executed. Lunch . In the afternoon return to Cusco and transfer to your hotel. Overnight. Included: (B).

Day 5 – Cusco/Puno

Transfer to the bus station. Tourist Bus to Puno , lunch on the route. On arrival transfer to your hotel. Overnight. Included: (B), (L).

Day 6 – Puno/Titikaka Lake/Uros Indians floating Islands/Puno

Your morning excursion will take you to the highest navigable lake in the world to the floating islands of the Uros Indians. Local legend has it that these “Lords of the Lake” had black blood because they did not feel the cold of the lake and the winter. In the afternoon you’ll sing the praises of this fascinating city tour! Puno has been deemed the “folkloric capital of South America” because of its colorful folklore and music. Overnight at first class hotel. Included: (B).

Day 7 – Puno/Copacabana/Titikaka Lake cruise/Sun Island

We take our bus from Puno to visit the cathedral with the famous Black Madonna in Copacabana. From here we board our Catamaran and visit the South side of Sun Island where we get to see the Inca garden, Inca stairs, Inca water spring, Inti Wata complex. We then participate in an Ancient sailing demonstration on reed vessel and visit Pilkokaina palace. We sail to the north side of sun island and visit the Challampa native village and museum, Chinkana Inca temple and sacred rock; here we are welcomed by Challampa natives with live music, we then sail on a wood vessel in the sacred lake and participate in the Kallawaya ceremony and end our day by taking a soft trek on one of the islands Inca trails. We return to our Catamaran for an overnight cruise with a candlelight dinner and typical dances. Included: (B), (L), (D).

Day 8 – Titikaka Lake cruise/Sun Island/Copacabana/Puno

We sail early to Copacabana where we visit the museum of the virgin and have some free time to roam around town, bus transfer to Puno. Overnight stay at hotel. Included: (B), (L).

Day 9 – Puno/Juliaca/Lima

Transfer from Puno to Juliaca airport. Flight from Juliaca to Lima. Afternoon at leisure. Overnight stay. Included: (B).

Day 10 – Lima

Transfer from your hotel to the airport for your international flight. Included: (B).

Airfare is not included in the tour price.

Child discount:
Children under 12 can share accommodations with 2 adults at a 50% discount, limit is one child with 2 adults paying full fare (Does not include meals, and must share bed with parents).
