Your Itinerary
Day 1: Guide will take guests to amazing tranquil sandy beaches where you can relax and unwind. Here at low tide you can explore tidal pools, enjoy the sea life, and walk for miles beachcombing. At high tide you can swim in the calm sea or enjoy canoeing or salmon fishing in the sunset.
Also you will go to Hague Lake Provincial Park which has a white sandy beach and warm fresh water; an excellent spot to spend a relaxing morning or afternoon swimming or sunbathing. On hikes through magical fairylike old-growth rain forests, and up Easter Bluff where you can view the many surrounding islands.
On tours of local attractions and gift shops which feature art and crafts by local artists, and a visit to an authentic medieval castle handbuilt by one of the local residents (fondly known as King Karl). This castle was featured on Canadian TV on a program of unusual homes in Canada. The castle has on display many antiques and artifacts of the middle ages. A real treat for both adults and children.
