Excursion to visit Girona known as the Florence of Catalonia because of its charm and magnificent architectural and artistic heritage. Once an important Jewish centre, it definitely deserves a trip if you want to discover this unique town on the river Ter, not far from the Costa Brava. Also we will visit Salvador Dalí's theatre-museum in Figueres, Spain’s most visited museum after the Prado.
Your Itinerary:
Barcelona - Girona - Figueres – Barcelona
Your private Chauffeur will pick you up from your hotel or cruise ship port. Meet your official local guide upon arrival to Girona, visit the old Jewish quarter and Cathedral. We have reserved a table for your lunch at a recommended restaurant. In the Afternoon visit Salvador Dalí's theatre-museum in Figueres. On the way back to Barcelona you will follow along the Costa Brava passing through different coastal towns. At the end of the day your chauffeur will take you to your Hotel or cruise ship and say the final goodbye.
