Individual arrival in Bergen. Transfer on your own to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the Bergen Hotel.

Day 2:
BERGEN - LAVIK - SKEI (B, L, D)
After breakfast, perhaps join an optional city tour. Including: Troldhaugen, home of the world famous composer Edvard Grieg, Haakon's Hall, Bryggen. Ride on the funicular Fløybanen to Mount Fløyen with spectacular view over the city and fjord. This afternoon depart on a coastal cruise along the West Coast to Gule, at the mouth of the Sogne Fjord. Upon arrival in Lavik we continue by private mini coach through Vadheim and Forde to Skei on Lake Jølster. Dinner and overnight at the beautiful Skei Hotel.

Day 3:
SKEI - FJÆRLAND - SKEI (B, L, D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Spend this day at leisure to explore Lake Jølster, or take an optional excursion to Fjærland for a visit to the Norwegian Glacier museum, or enjoy a horse-and-carriage ride to the Briksdal Glacier. Enjoy dinner and a folklore evening with music and dancing. Overnight at the Skei Hotel.

Day 4:
SKEI - GEIRANGER - SKEI (B, L, D)
Enjoy the breakfast buffet at the hotel. Today's highlight is our excursion to the spectacular Geiranger Fjord, passing through the Vatedal Valley, and along the magnificent Nordfjord. Embark in Hellesylt for a 1-hour fjord cruise to the fjord village of Geiranger, passing spectacular scenery and thundering waterfalls such as the famous Seven Sisters and Bridal Veil Waterfalls. Continue to the Dalsnibba Mountain Plateau, offering fabulous views over the mountains and down to the Geiranger Fjord. Dinner and overnight at the Skei Hotel.

Day 5:
SKEI - BRIKSDAL - SKEI (B, L, D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Today you can join an optional excursion to Nordfjord. Visit the small village of Olden, and continue 20 km along the magnificent Olden Valley to the Briksdal Glacier, a part of Europe's largest glacier, the Jostedalen Glacier. Maybe enjoy a horse-and carriage ride to the glacier. Dinner and overnight at the Skei Hotel.

Day 6:
SKEI - SANDANE - SKEI (B, L, D)
Breakfast at the hotel. Leisure time in Skei or optional excursion through the scenic Vatedal Valley to Breim and Sandane. Visit the old Gimmestad church from 1692, Reed, Breim Lake, the Norwegian Horse center and Byrkjelo. After dinner, enjoy coffee and Norwegian folk songs in the Gamlestova, a 300 year old cottage. Overnight at the Skei Hotel.

Day 7:
SKEI - NORWAY IN A NUTSHELL - BERGEN or OSLO (B, D)
After breakfast, continue over the Gaular Mountain to Balestrand. Begin the famous Norway in a Nutshell excursion, including a cruise along the Sogne Fjord to Flåm. Ride the spectacular Flåm Railway through the Flam Valley, winding up steep mountains to Myrdal. The tour is completed by a train journey back to Bergen. Dinner and overnight at the Bergen Hotel.
For clients continuing to Oslo: From Myrdal continue by the scenic Bergenbanen to Oslo. Overnight at the Best Western Ambassador Hotel.
