A totally customizable tour of New Zealand's far north. With your own late-model Mercedes and highly-trained guide enjoy sightseeing, adventures and activities throughout this unknown region. This tour can either be extremely active or extremely sedate, depending on your preferences.

Your Itinerary

Day 1: Auckland sightseeing. Our driver/guide will meet you either at your hotel, off the boat or at the airport. During your tour of Auckland he will finalise the options you have chosen for the rest of the tour and end by taking you to your accommodation. (B/L/D).

Day 2: Auckland's Wild West Coast. An area of long romantic black sand beaches and dense rainforest. Choose from wine tours, walking, canyoning, horse riding, land yachting. (B/L/D).

Day 3: Drive north to Ahipara, situated on the south end of 90-Mile Beach. After the 4-hour drive enjoy a number of beach activities including the finest quad bike tour in the country. (B/L/D).

Day 4: A day on 90-Mile Beach enjoying activities (horse riding, shellfish collecting, land yachting, quad biking, 4-wheel driving), sightseeing, driving to the northern tip of New Zealand (Cape Reinga), exploring Maori culture. (B/L/D).

Day 5: Drive to Russell and see the area where modern New Zealand was founded, including the Waitangi Treaty House. This day would focus on history and sightseeing. (B/L/D).

Day 6: A sea-based day in the Bay of Islands. Choose from fast boat tours to the "Hole in the Rock", swimming with dolphins, or a relaxed yacht taking you around the beautiful area. (B/L/D).

Day 7: Either have a relaxed day motoring back to Auckland and stopping at various sites, or get up very early and take in a dive at the renowned Poor Knights islands. We will then deliver you to your hotel, boat or aircraft as required. (B/L).

Airfare is not included in the tour price.

Based on 3 people in the car. Price for 2 people is $3500 each, and price for one person is $5600. Prices include all meals but not alcoholic beverages.
