This is a 3 night class of 4 cooking lessons. In each lesson we make a delicious multi course full Italian meal with the emphasis on quick preparation, leaving plenty of time to relax by the pool or to stroll down to the medieval Tuscan village of Borgo a Mozzano. We use fresh local produce in season to make several seasonal Italian feasts.
Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival after 2.30 pm, to give you time to settle in and look around the grounds before we start our first cooking class at 4 pm, making tonight's dinner. (D)
Day 2: Two cooking classes today, making both lunch and dinner. We'll take breaks and have an Aperitivo when preparations are almost complete. There will also be an afternoon break between cooking classes. (B) / (L) / (D)
Day 3: A free morning when you might want to visit Lucca. We have a Tuscan feast planned for our last dinner, and we start cooking for that at 3 p.m. We may well invite some Tuscan guests to join us in our Farewell Dinner. (B) / (D)
Day 4: Time to fill out the feedback forms, take final photos and say goodbye. Departure by 9.30 am. (B)
