Five Peaks in Five Days is for ski lovers who want to experience as many different slopes as possible in the shortest possible time. Located in the heart of Quebec's Eastern Townships, these ski destinations will enchant skiers of all levels. Wood & Westland designed this Sunday to Friday tour so you'll find short or no waits for lift lines. After a generous breakfast at your inn, a quick van transfer will take you to the peak of the day, where the resort's "ski host" will greet you and take you on an insider's tour of each mountain. Perhaps you would like to trade in your lift ticket to spend an afternoon dog-sledding, ice-skating or try your hand at ice fishing. This wonders of winter ski package was designed so that you get the true Canadian experience.

Your historic country inn, centrally located to all our peaks, is in heart of the Victorian village of Knowlton, Quebec. Enjoy après–ski cocktails by a roaring fire, then feast on five-course dinners in their award-winning dining room. If you want a break from the slopes, we have plenty of options: shop for antiques in the many boutiques just footsteps from your inn, have a massage, or visit a health spa. Our goal is to make your holiday the best possible, and provide you with a worry-free vacation. Hit the slopes with Wood & Westland. We'll introduce you the best peaks in East!

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Wood & Westland will greet you at the airport in Montreal, Quebec City or Burlington, Vermont. From there, enjoy a one-hour van transfer to Quebec's Eastern Townships. Get to know your fellow skiers, as your guide fills you in on local history and culture. Once we have taken in your luggage, enjoy a welcome cocktail reception at your inn. Your hosts will review the week's details before you head for the dining room. The inn's chef will serve local specialities, exclusively for Wood & Westland skiers. (D)

Day 2: Wake up to a great country breakfast served at the Inn. Linger over that second cappuccino. Remember, You are on vacation! After our guides load your skis in the vans, you are off on a short journey to Sutton, a mountain that has become famous for its glade skiing. One of the largest resorts in Quebec, Sutton offers its down-hillers 53 trails and glades. With an elevation of 3175 ft., 9 lifts and over 40 km (24 miles) of terrain, this mountain is the perfect peak to kick off your five-day tour. Enjoy apres-ski cocktails before heading into the dining room, where another five-course feast awaits you. (B) / (D)

Day 3: Take your time at breakfast as we load up your skis. Enjoy another quick transfer through the scenic Missisquoi Valley to Owl's Head mountain, with the greatest vertical drop in the Eastern Townships. Its 45 trails accommodate all ski levels. While enjoying the slopes, take in the spectacular view from this friendly peak. Finish your day on Lilly's Leap, a trail winding down the west side of the mountain to the foot of Lake Memphremagog. Après-ski drinks and gourmet dinning await you back at the inn. (B)

Day 4: There is nothing like a skiers' breakfast to start the day, with plenty of French crepes and local maple syrup. Today's ski is at Mt, Orford Ski Resort. Three mountains make up this spectacular ski destination. With an elevation of 2579 ft., Mt. Orford offers a wide range of trails. With 8 lifts, 4 glade trails, 4 faces and a vertical drop of 5378 ft., Mont Orford impresses all of its visitors. Mid-day, we'll take you to a rustic spa. Located on a waterfall, this spa is fully equipped with outdoor hot tubs, Finnish saunas and steam rooms.

Ask our guides to set up a deep muscle massage. You’ve earned it. Enjoy an après-ski cocktail back at the inn, as you listen to an entertaining lecture by a local historian. If you're still keen to hit the slopes, night skiing at Ski Bromont is an added attraction to the program! With 160 acres of trails, 3 mountains, 46 groomed trails and a 1770-ft. summit, Mont Bromont is a fantastic ski resort. Its longest trail, shaped like a "B", is some 6070 ft. long. Bromont is a pleasure for skiers of any level. (B)

Day 5: Your final day takes you to the perfect New England mountain - Jay Peak, in nearby Vermont. Known simply as "Jay", this mountain sports a whopping 75 trails and an impressive 2150-ft, vertical drop. Glade skiing is abundant at Jay covering more than 25% of the hill's acreage. Its longest and most scenic trail is 2.2 miles long. Beginners, intermediates and double black diamond skiers are welcome.
