Our resort is a new, ocean front resort located on a sheltered, white sand beach on the south side of Cayman Brac, B.W.I. The resort offers weekly accommodations in a choice of 1, 2 or 3-bedroom condominium units. All units overlook the pool and landscaped ground as well as having ocean views.
The complex features a large, beach front freshwater pool surrounded by landscaped grounds, an exercise room, on-site guest laundry, optional maid service, an on-site dive operation and a dockside pavilion which offers panoramic ocean vistas and an exceptional view of Cayman Brac's spectacular sunsets.
Your Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive on Cayman Brac via Grand Cayman. Cayman Airways has daily flights between Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac. Check-in is 1:00 pm. Taxi service between the Gerrard Smith airport and our resort is available.
Register for your 5 days of morning 2-tank dives at the Reef Divers shop. Reef Divers has a full-service dive shop including PADI certified dive instruction from beginner to advanced levels, underwater photography & photo shop, as well as a full line of equipment rentals.
Day 2: Relax in the exceptional comfort of our beach resort. Much of the fabulous coral reef surrounding Cayman Brac and Little Cayman is protected under the Cayman Marine Conservation Law to preserve the spectacular beauty of the islands' pristine marine environment.
Cayman Brac is a tropical paradise for both divers and non-divers alike. The island offers some excellent opportunities for deep-sea fishing for marlin, tuna, grouper and wahoo as well as fishing the flats with light tackle or fly rod for permit, tarpon and bonefish.
Cayman Brac is also gaining a reputation as a premier rock climbing site, with a number of locations along the 140' bluff. Whether your interests are diving, snorkeling, swimming, fishing, hiking, sunbathing on a beach or by the pool, or just relaxing in a hammock, Cayman Brac offers visitors a safe, relaxed and friendly atmosphere in which to enjoy a carefree vacation!
Day 3: Spend the morning by the pool or on the beach, have lunch next door at the Captain's Table or choose one of the island's other restaurants specializing in Caymanian fare. Rent a car, jeep or moped and tour the island.
Day 4: Visit Spot Bay at the island's east end. Stop in at one of the local shops that offer duty free shopping and unique Caymanite jewellery. Tour the Cayman Brac museum in Stake Bay.
Day 5: Take a day and explore some of the many accessible caves that honeycomb the 140' high bluff, or drive out to the lighthouse that sits at the top of the bluff at the island's east end. On the way to the lighthouse hike through the Cayman Brac parrot preserve.
Day 6: If the day is clear visit the west end of the island and take in one of the islands spectacular sunsets. Watch for the famous "green flash" as the sun sinks below the horizon.
Day 7: Take a day trip to Little Cayman with Cayman Airways. Little Cayman has wonderful beaches and some excellent bonefishing on the sandy flats on the south side of the island. Set aside some time to do that last minute shopping for souvenirs.
Day 8: Depart Cayman Brac in the morning to connect to the U.S. via Grand Cayman. Check-out is at noon.
