Victoria Falls Safari in The heart of Africa! Visit Cecil John Rhodes’ grave in the Motobo’s, reputed to have the largest concentration of leopard in the world. Visit Chipangali Wild Life Orphanage outside Bulawayo. Stand in awe above the Devils Cataract at the Victoria Falls – "The Smoke That Thunders" one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Walk through the rain forest, view the Falls and Craft Village. Enjoy the sunset cruise on the mighty Zambezi River in the Victoria Falls gorge. (White river rafting an optional extra). Visit the crocodile farm and enjoy a game drive.
Your Itinerary
Day 1: Depart Johannesburg at 7:00. We travel to Louis Trichard for lunch before arriving at Beit Bridge the border between South Africa and Zimbabwe. Clear border formalities and on to Temba Safari Lodge and overnight;
Day 2: Depart after Breakfast for a Lodge in Bulawayo. Visit Rhodes' Grave and walk about. Tour of the small game reserve. Tour to Chipingalie Animal Orphanage returning to Lodge for dinner and overnight;
Day 3: Depart after breakfast for Victoria Falls, Elephant Hills Hotel check in and relax before dinner, overnight;
Day 4: Option 1 - After breakfast depart to go White Water Rafting, Early lunch before rafting begins, then on to the river. Return from Rafting to Lodge and relax before dinner with a true African theme.
Option 2 - Depart after breakfast for game drive. Lunch at hotel. Visit to crocodile farm. Afternoon at leisure to play golf or just laze around pool. Dinner, Casino;
Day 5: Tour of Victoria Falls and a tour of the village. Lunch. Afternoon at leisure. Sun set boat cruise. Return to hotel for dinner and overnight;
Day 6: Depart for Hawange National Park after breakfast. Lunch at lodge. Afternoon game drive. Dinner;
Day 7: Early morning game drive. Breakfast back at the lodge morning at leisure. Lunch. Afternoon/night game drive. Dinner at the lodge and overnight;
Day 8: Depart for Bulawayo after breakfast. Lunch en-route. Check in at lodge. Dinner and over night;
Day 9: Depart after breakfast for South Africa. Check in at the Ranch Hotel for overnight and dinner;
