Mount Kilimanjaro Climbs
Just 3 degrees south of the Equator is the 19,340 feet permanently snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. If you are fit, healthy and prepared for some physical exertion you should be able to make the ascent, which involves some challenging walking but no technical climbing. At times the going can be hard but there is a great sense of achievement in reaching the summit of Kilimanjaro -Africa's highest peak.
There are several ways to climb Kilimanjaro and with a minimum of two participants we can arrange any route on any day, but scheduled departures are more affordable. Generally the best time to climb is from late June to October or January to early March
Machame Route: Beautiful scenery, and a little extra time to acclimatize make this camping route increasingly popular.
