Bhutan offers a variety of trekking programs. Trekking is one of the best ways to enjoy the splendor of Bhutan’s natural beauty. You will be trekking on the pristine subtropical and temperate forest to alpine pastures with grand views of Himalayan peaks. The treks also give you the opportunity to see the countryside and meet ordinary Bhutanese people as you walk through village and settlements. All trekkers are accompanied by well-experienced guides, cook and porters/ horsemen. We provide horses or yaks, depending on the altitude that you are trekking, carry provisions and luggage. Treks vary from very short three-day trek across low altitude to three four weeks snowman trek covering distance of 356 kilometers. The northern treks climb as high as 5,500 meters and should only be attempted by people who are physically fit.
