The summits of Kala Patar and Gokyo Peak give a panoramic view of the entire mountain range. We trek the Khumbu and Gokyo valley which provides spectacular scenery, arguably the best and most interesting in the region. We will explore the Sherpa villages along the way and experience the friendly nature of these very hardy people.
On arrival in Kathmandu two days will be allowed for you to explore the many market stalls and restaurants of the city. Also you may wish to venture further out of the city to the town of world heritage town of Baktipur. The flight to Lukla takes us up the Khumbu valley after landing at Lukla we begin the trek by following the Dudh Kosi River up the valley and next day we arrive in the well known village of Namche Bazaar. From Namche we follow the Gokyo valley the trek time through this section will be relatively short for acclimatisation. We follow the moraines of the Ngozumpa glacier which is quite spectacular and on to the turquoise lakes to reach the camp at Gokyo. A day is taken here to ascend Gokyo Ri for spectacular views returning to Gokyo for the night. Next day we set out for Thagma and after crossing Renjo La Pass we will reach Lobuche. The next day we set out for Kala Patar and back to Gorakshep from here the base camp can be reached. In one day trek we return to Gorakshep for the night.
Then it is the return journey passing through Pangeboche, Khumjung, Phakding and on to Lukla for the last night of our exciting journey. Next morning we take the flight to Kathmandu and two more days of exploring the city before our flight home. Tayangboche Monastery is a highlight of the return trip.

Day 3 - fly to Lukla and begin trek;
Day 4-17 - Remote Everest, lodge/Camp trek;
Day 18 - Fly to Lukla, Kathmandu;
Day 19 - Kathmandu;
Day 20 - Transfer to airport and your flight home.
