When you arrive you have 2 days to explore the temples and markets of the famous cosmopolitan city of Kathmandu. Then it is a short flight along the Annapurna range to the city of Pokhara and an overnight stay before heading off on the Gorepani loop. Starting at Nayaphul and ending at Damphus before another overnight in Pokhara. Then it is off to the Trisuli River for 2 days rafting and camping on the river. After which we transfer to Chitwan Jungle Resort for 3 days of exploration in Chitwan National Park. Activities include elephant safari, canoe rides on the Seti River, jeep safari deep into the park and entertainment at night.
Accommodation in Chitwan is in comfortable lodges with wonderful meals provided. At the completion of a great time we take a flight from Baratpur to Kathmandu and 2 more nights of experiencing the cuisine of Kathmandu.
This is a very popular tour that can be undertaken by most reasonable fit people. The rafting is not on wild rapids but sufficiently big enough to give you a thrill.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1 - Arrival Kathmandu;
Day 2 - Kathmandu;
Day 3 - Fly to Pokhara, begin trek;
Day 3-8 - Annapurna lodge trek;
Day 9-10 - Rafting Trisuli River;
Day 11-13 - Chitwan;
Day 13 - Transfer to airport and your flight to Kathmandu;
Day 14 - Free in Kathmandu;
Day 15 - Transfer to airport and your flight home.
