Your Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive - Kolkata
Arrive Kolkata. Met on arrival and transfer to hotel for overnight stay.
Day 2: Kolkata - Bagdogra - Darjeeling
Morning flight to Bagdogra. Met on arrival and transfer to Darjeeling (90 km). Darjeeling is known as "Queen of Hills' and famous tea state of India. Rest of the day free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 3: Darjeeling
Very early morning proceed for excursion to Tiger Hill to witness the Sun rise over Mt. Kanchendzonga Range of mountains. Return to Darjeeling visiting Ghoom Monastery enroute. Enjoy Toy Train ride (now a World Heritage entity). Afternoon sightseeing of Darjeeling. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 4: Darjeeling – Manibhanjan – Tonglu
Drive to Manibhanjan (2134 mt). The village is inhibited by Tibetans and Nepalese. From Manibhanjan start trekking to Tonglu (3070 mt) via Meghma.
Day 5: Tonglu – Kalpokhri
After breakfast trek to to Kalpokhri 14 km trek via Gairibas. Kalpohkri (3750 mt) has a small lake surrounded by pine trees.
Day 6: Kalpokri – Sandakphu
Trek to reach Sandakphu (3636 mt). Sandakphu offer panoramic vie of mountains like Mount Everest (8848 mt), Makalu (8462 mt), Kangchenjunga (8586 mt), Lhotse (8501 M) and other peaks of Sikkim and Nepal Himalayas.
Day 7: Sandakphu - Phalut
Trek to Phalut (3605 mt). Phalut provides the most spectacular views some of the highest peaks of the world.
Day 8: Phalut
Day at leisure to explore the area and enjoy the mountains.
Day 9: Phalut - Ramam
Trek to Ramam (2560 mt). The route passes through dense forests of Oak & Pine trees. Overnight stay in camp.
Day 10: Ramam - Rimbik
Trek to Rimbik (2286 mt). Visit the village in the evening. Overnight stay in tented camp.
Day 11: Rimbik - Bijanbari
Descent to Lodoma River and after crossing the river climb till Jhepi Dak Bungalow and then continue trekking further to Bijanbari. Overnight stay in camp.
Day 12: Bijanbari - Darjeeling
Good bye to Trek, and drive back to Darjeeling 1-2 hrs. Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 13: Darjeeling - Bagdogra - Kolkata
Transfer to Bagdogra airport. Arrive Kolkata and transfer to hotel. Afternoon free at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 14: Depart Kolkata
Proceed for half day city tour of Kolkata. Afternoon free, evening transfer to international airport to board flight for onward destination.
