We provide clean, comfortable drift-boats, quality fishing gear, and professional guides and guide on 80 miles of the beautiful Clearwater River. Carpeted, heated tepees and tent sites available for rent. We provide fully guided trips or a home base you can fish from. Fish from Camp / Catering / Group rates / Reunions.
Our drift-boats, McKenzie style dory boats, offer padded swivel seats and heaters for those brisk fall & winter trips, and a completely dry ride. To maximize your fishing experience, we maintain a 2 to 1 guest-to-guide ratio. Expert instruction and the best fishing equipment is included. Fly fishers: please bring your own fly rods and supplies. The guides do all the work on these trips. You just relax, enjoy the scenery and concentrate on the fishing.
Steelhead: This is the best place to catch big Steelhead. These sea-run rainbows average 12 to 14 pounds, with some weighing in at 20 pounds plus! September 1st through October 14th is catch and release only and the best time to catch them on a fly rod. From October 15th through April 30th the limit is 2 fish per day. Idaho's state record came from the Clearwater River and is 30 lbs. 2 oz.
Chinook Salmon: Experience the thrill of catching the "King" from April through July. Seasons are set each year by the Fish & Game Dept. depending on the number of fish returning to their native Clearwater Country spawning grounds. Our five-year fish average 24 to 30 lbs.
Small-mouth Bass: From June through September with a fly rod or light spinning tackle. Experienced guides will drift you into the best holes for these great scrappers. The State record came from near-by Dworshak Reservoir and is 8 lbs. 4 oz.
Trout: Open season all year for Rainbows and Cutthroat.
