For Nepalese it is known as Imja Tse. First Everest expedition party used it as a trial peak. The peak is located at the end of beautiful Chukung valley. A high camp is set for climbers to go to the summit and return to base camp in one day. Because of its easy access, some technical challenge and requirement of climbing skill it has become popular peak for enthusiastic climbers. Island peak climbing can be used as extension of trek to Khumbu. The walk in combines route to base camp of Mt. Everest and Kalapattar. For the purpose of high altitude acclimatization stay at Namche for 3 nights and visit surrounding villages of Thami. Khunde and Khumjung. Visit Thayngboche monastery en-route. After the climb retrace the trail back to Lukla. Fly to Kathmandu

10. Return to Base camp
11. Pheriche
12. Thyangboche
13. Namchebazar
14. Lukla
15. Fly to Kathmandu.

03: Meals, accommodation in lodge or tent, cooking and eating utensils
04: Service of sardar (guide), cook, kitchen and Sherpa assistants
05: Porters to carry camp equipments, food and members personal baggage of 25 kg each
06: Warm clothing for porters, Sherpa climbing guide and his equipment allowance
07: Accident insurance for staffs and porters
