What a better way to bring to you the tastes of Andalusia than to take you directly into an Andalusian kitchen. Join us in Granada, the last Muslim Kingdom in Spain, and learn about the Arabic legacy still present in the succulent cuisine of this beautiful Eastern Andalusian region. Spanish cuisine owes a large part of its riches to the Arabs.
Although many cultural achievements from that period were forgotten when the Christians recaptured Spain, the art of making sweet has remained. You will learn how to prepare some of the most exquisite recipes coming from Al-Andalous times. Our teacher, Mar, is a professional cook with many years experience in catering. She will demonstrate either a 3-course menu, or a selection of tapas, followed by a dinner accompanied by classic Spanish wines.
Starting date: every Monday. Classes: 6 classes of 45 minutes per week during the afternoons; timetable to be confirmed with the office; from 1 to 24 weeks.
