When scuba diving in the Red Sea, and in Dahab, you typically have three options:
daily scuba diving
scuba courses
safari diving
Although there are boat diving trips we organize to Ras Mohamed and Thistlegorm and live aboard safari trips, diving in Dahab is essentially shore diving. After all, we have 600 metre wall dives right from the shore! It΄s also ideal for individuals or groups who do not like long boat rides, for couples when one is non-diver (but perhaps we can change that!), and families. Contact us in advance on any child care of other special requirements you may have.
Shore diving also saves you time better spent lounging around in Dahab rather than waiting on a boat and leave a good break between the dives for families or those that get sea-sick waiting for the next dive on a dive boat.

Course prices include all equipment, instructor fees, transport, and certification. Course prices do not include manuals, which can be purchased directly from Octopus Divers (35) or can be brought by the student from home.
Divemaster course materials in addition to the PADI Divemaster manual that must be purchased at Octopus Divers or brought to the course include RDP (all versions the Wheel, table and eRDP), the Encyclopaedia of Recreational Diving, Diving Knowledge Workbook, and Divemaster slates.
