For those who want to see Alaska up close and personal. Sea Kayaking. These tours are designed for the people that really want to see the beauty of Alaska up close and personal.
Your Itinerary:
Day 1: Depart Juneau at 1:00 P.M. headed for Tracy Arm (No Name Cove)where we'll spend the evening among beautiful icebergs. A peacefull and spectacular anchorage 40 miles south of Juneau.
Day 2: We'll cruise the incredible Tracy Arm. Considered one of the most spectacular fjords on the planet. With it's 2 tidewater glaciers, verticle granite cliffs it will leave you humbled by the experience.
Day 3: From Tracy Arm we'll cruise to Pack Creek bear observatory on Admiralty Island where we'll go ashore to watch these magnificent animals gorge themselves on salmon. A day you'll always remember.
Day 4: From Pack Creek we'll cruise south to play and stay among the Humpback Whales. Enroute we'll stop to catch a salmon or halibut for the evenings dinner as well as visit a Sea Lion Rookerey, where you'll see hundreds of these endangered giants.
Day 5: We'll continue our visit with the whales, and we'll soak in the incredible scenery and end up in one of many beautiful secluded wilderness anchorages. Where you can make the choice to hang a line over for some wonderful halibut fishing or to go ashore for a rainforest adventure.
Day 6: Today we'll end up at Warm Springs Bay on Baranof Island where we can soak in Natural Hot Springs or walk to a mountain lake. The anchorage has a spectacular waterfall and good hiking trails.
Day 7: From Warm Springs Bay We'll head north to Tenakee Springs a small boardwalk town in S.E. once the famous hangout of Soapy Smith. Little has changed since the gold rush. It's a true Alaska Experience. Good hiking and bear viewing.
Day 8: This morning we'll head back to Juneau.
