Ziptrek has recently expanded the Whistler zipline tour area all the way to Whistler Village! With the addition of five new ziplines, for a total of 10 ziplines, there are now two different Ziptrek Ecotours to choose from.

The Differences:
Ziptrek Tour #1 - The Original Tour:
- This is the tour seen in all the media coverage throughout most of the world on some of the highest rated travel programs
- If this is your first time on ziplines and/or you have any apprehension at all this is the best tour for you
- 5 ziplines ranging from 200 to 1100' in length
- 10 people maximum per tour (great for groups)
- Tandem tours are available for children over 6 years of age and under 70 lbs/32 kgs
- Quick shuttle ride to and from Ziptrek's tour area between Blackcomb & Whistler Mountains
- Suspension bridges & observation decks (different bridges & decks than the other tour)
Ziptrek Tour #2 - The New Tour:
- 5 ziplines ranging from 400 to 2000' in length
- 8 people maximum per tour
- Tandem ziplining is not permitted on this tour
- Quick one way shuttle ride to Ziptrek's tour area between Blackcomb & Whistler Mountains
- Best for people who do not have a great fear of heights and/or have done Tour #1 before and know what ziplines are all about
- Suspension bridges & observation decks (different bridges & decks than the other tour)
- This tour boasts the longest as well as the fastest ziplines in North America
- The longest line on this tour is over 6 football fields and drops more than 20 stories
- This tour has more walking and hiking than the original tour and is a bit more physically challenging
- Guests zipline right back to Whistler Village
