We will meet at 9am at a meeting point in Florence. We will ask each group what they want from their holiday; whether they prefer more riding or more sightseeing; what sort of speed they prefer; how often they like to take breaks; if they would like to stop at picturesque points for photos; and so on. This tour is for you, and so its details are up to you!

Generally speaking, we tend to ride for eight hours or so over paved back-roads and dirt roads. Unless you have a preference to the contrary, we plan to stop every hour or hour and a half for a drink, and at lunch-time we eat. We can spend time for a visit and take in the major sights if you like, and then head back to Italy's winding roads.

If the group would like a DVD or photos of the trip, they should ask in advance to speak to our videographer, who will discuss what kind of footage to take.

If you would like, we can book a nice farmhouse for your accommodation. Breakfast is served with hand-made tarts and marmelades, made from seasonal fruit that has been harvested from local orchards.

We love to show clients where to find real Italian food prepared by genuine and fresh country ingredients, transformed in the kitchen by the magic touch of the 'trattoria' owner, like 'chianina' beef, home-made noodles, 'ribollita', 'pappa al pomodoro', and more. You certainly can't pass through Italy without tasting our fine cuisine!
TOURS

Sea roads
The coast is without comparison. The roads, at places unpaved, surround ancient iron mines (that have been known as far back as the era of the Etruscans) and provide a framework for the coves peppered around the island. The undulating coast, the perfume of the coastal shrubs, the beauty of the sea make the pleasure of these roads irresistible. The fresh fish is amazing too!

Twins & Turns roads
Anyone who has a motorcycle must have had the dream of riding the dozens of mountain passes that cross through the Tuscan Apennines. Some of these passes are such popular weekend destinations that it becomes difficult not to get run over by a “Sunday driver”. Few, however, are aware of the hidden roads and paths that cover this section of the mountains and lead the rider through centuries old forest. The solitary charm of the villages which are dotted though these woods and simply delicious local foods will make this trip unforgettable. That and the twists and turns!

Mountain roads
The Snowy peaks of Abetone, the historic “Granducale” roads, the white heart of Tuscany will make this tour definitely a life time memory for you.
Climbing towards the Appennine range by way of secondary roads, we will reach the often snowy peaks of Abetone. We will descend along the historic “Granducale” roads (sill in part paved) towards Garfagnana, and then climb back up the Apuane Alps through the white heart of Tuscany. We’ll see the impressive quarries of the famous Carrara marble where the stone for Michelangelo’s David was procured. From there we will pass through the elegant Versilia until we reach the “ Maremma of the North”. We’ll ride back to Florence through the wonderful “Devil Roads” in the metallifiere hills witnessing the mystery of the medieval towns that bristle with ancient towers.

Etruscan roads
Few experiences can evoke the feeling that riding a motorcycle through these hills can. The richness of the art, the history and the food make Tuscany famous throughout the world. Our trip will lead us on and off dirt roads lined with cypress trees, vineyards, and taverns. Fabulous thermal baths will welcome us also - you can only imagine the pleasure after a beautiful ride!
Pease note, from time to time this itinerary may change due to the weather, road conditions etc.
