Your 8 day or 12 day safari traces the western Rift Valley in the heart of Africa, from the fabulous big game of Queen Elizabeth National Park to the elusive and fast moving chimpanzees of Kyambura Gorge. Marvel at the tree climbing lions of Ishasha and expore Kazinga Channel, with one of the world’s largest concentrations of hippos and numerous Nile crocodiles. At Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Parc National des Volcans you have the opportunity to catch a glimpse up close and personal of the animals that are most like human beings in the animal kingdom. Seeing some of the last remaining 700 mountain gorillas in the wild is a fantastic experience. A portion of each unique journey booked through Baobab goes directly towards the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund International and their efforts to monitor, protect, and support gorillas as well as educate and aid local communities.
