Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Ankara
Program Arrival in Ankara (Capital of Turkey) Transfer from Ankara airport to the hotel. Dinner and overnight in Ankara. Includes: (D).

Day 2: Ankara Hattusas
Program After breakfast visit the Temple of Augustus, Ataturk's Mausoleum and Museum of Anatolian Civilizations. Return to the hotel for overnight. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 3: Cappadocia
Program Drive to Hattusas, former capitol of the Hittites. We will see the city walls, the city sphinx-gate, the library and government buildings. In the afternoon proceed to Cappadocia. Arrival in Cappadocia. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Cappadocia. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 4: Cappadocia
Program Full day tour of Cappadocia to see the surreal landscapes of volcanic ash, formed 3 million years ago, spectacular red rock cones, troglodyte churches and homes dating from 4000 BC Now visit Uchisar, Goreme and Zelve, then Avanos, to visit one of its famous, pottery workshops. Later return to your hotel for overnight stay. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 5: Cappadocia - Konya
Program After visiting Underground city of Derinkuyu, depart for Konya visit Catal Huyuk, Selcuk’s Caravansary, Museum of Mevlana (Whirling Dervishes), Ince Minare Medrese (Selcuk architecture) Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Konya. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 6: Konya - Antalya
Program After breakfast visit Karatay Medrese (10th C. Tiles) and drive to Antalya visit Side open-air museum en-route. Arrival in Antalya. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Antalya. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 7: Antalya
Program Visit Antalya Archaeology Museum, Greek ruins of Perge, located 15 km (9 miles) east of Antalya, Perge boasts extensively early Hellenistic ruins including a well preserved Stadium, and Aspendos, the best preserved Roman theatre in the world, built in the 2nd century AD Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Antalya. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 8: Antalya - Kas
Program Drive to Kas and visit Church of St. Nicholas, Lycian tombs in Myra, Simene, viewing of Kekova Bay underwater ruins by glass bottom boat/ snorkeling possible. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Kas. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 9: Kas - Fethiye
Program Visit Patara, Letoon, Xanthos (Former capitol of the ancient province Lycia. Places of interest are the theater, the harp-monument and the agora). Overnight in Fethiye (Oludeniz ). Includes: (B), (D).

Day 10: Fethiye - Dalyan - Bodrum ( Halicarnassus)
Program Take small riverboat to Dalyan to view ancient city of Caunos, Lycian Temple Tombs, and take a Roman mud bath. Drive to Bodrum for overnight. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 11: Bodrum - Pamukkale
Program Visit Museum of Underwater Archaeology, Mausoleum of Halicarnassus in Bodrum. Continue to Pamukkale. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Pamukkale. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 12: Pamukkale - Kusadasi
Program A Roman health spa with terraced hot springs adorned by white calcium mineral deposits Visit Hierapolis ancient city and drive to Kusadasi, Visit Greek ruins of Aphrodisias en-route. Arrival in Kusadasi. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Kusadasi. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 13: Ephesus
Program Depart for Ephesus tour. Spend a full day exploring the jewel of Turkey's ancient past, the ruins of Ephesus (Open air museum). Archaeological excavations begun in 1869 have uncovered well-preserved main streets, squares, temples, theaters and houses. Visit the Great Amphitheater, and stroll down the Marble Way to the magnificent Library of Celcus. Visit the House of Virgin Mary. Visit Temple of Artemis that was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world and St. John’s Basilica & Tomb. Dinner and overnight in Kusadasi. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 14: Kusadasi - Dikili
Program Drive to Sardis and Pergamum, to visit the Acropolis (Temple of Athena, etc.), high above the plain. See the pagan Temples and Altar of Zeus. Red Basilica Asclepion (ancient medical center). Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Dikili. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 15: Dikili - assos - Canakkale
Program Drive to Sardis and Pergamum, to visit the Acropolis (Temple of Athena, etc.), high above the plain. See the pagan Temples and Altar of Zeus. Red Basilica Asclepion (ancient medical center). Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Dikili. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 16: Istanbul
Program Cross the Dardanelle’s and visit Gallipoli First world war memorials. Anzac Cove, Kabatepe war museum, Lone pine, trenches and cemeteries. Drive to Istanbul. Arrival and overnight in Istanbul. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 17: Istanbul
Program Start for Istanbul city tour. Visit Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Saint Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and Grand Bazaar. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Istanbul. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 18: Istanbul
Program Visit Underground Cistern, Islamic Arts Museum, Chora Museum and Beylerbeyi Palace. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Istanbul. Includes: (B), (D).

Day 19: Istanbul - Home
