Kim Valeri, RYT, Director and Founder of this company, one of the largest Yoga Teacher Training programs in New England, and Julie Cooper, RN and Certified Massage therapist, offer a weeklong retreat in beautiful Costa Rica. Come to Luna Lodge and be pampered by the surrounding beauty of the Costa Rican rain forest while we explore yoga as a healing modality coupled with indulgent massage and bodywork. This unique opportunity is designed to help you access the spirit within, while relaxing and rejuvenating at this wonderful retreat. Retreat's dates are: January 25th - February 2nd, 2008.
Julie Cooper, RN, CMT, M. Ed.: Energy based massage therapy is a focus of Julie s practice. Her extensive experience and training includes psychodynamic and medically oriented bodywork. Her focus is on the relationship between body, mind, emotions and life-force. This includes a strong holistic approach with the physical body while clearing and repairing the energy systems to bring transformation and healing.
This retreat includes:
- 8 nights deluxe accommodations including 1 night in San Jose
- Domestic flights to and from lodge (must purchase flight to San Jose on own)
- All meals, including vegetarian options
- Daily yoga classes incorporating yoga sutras, pranayama, meditation and mixed-level Iyengar-style asana to honor the unfolding consciousness within.
