There are many people of all races, cultures and religions who recognise Table Mountain as a sacred site and travel thousands of miles to visit this monument to seed their prayers and be filled with its spirit and energy. I see Table Mountain and the Cape Peninsula not only as a physical root, giving Africa stability, but also as a divine tuning fork at the Southern tip of Africa, that is continually vibrating its song into the rest of the continent. It is as if what happens here has a great effect on the African continent - and the African continent having a great effect on the world.
During the 7 days we will be visiting the sacred sites, burial caves of the ancients slowly revealing facets and layers of our consciousness, by a re-awakening of our own ancient spiritual and cellular memory... accessible through the ancient memories that are seeded into these sacred sites, where we will be involved with deep spiritual work and meditation. This is an incredibly powerful pilgrimage that takes you from west to east along the Great Cornerstone and Sacred Light Grid at the Southern tip of Africa. I will create an inspiring experience where people are led on an experiential journey that will slowly unfold these layers of consciousness and being, that for many have been lying dormant within...it will help re-awaken a connection to the antiquity of human spirit and the interconnectedness of all things. We also explore the Biomagnetic Earth energies that surround and enshrine these sacred sites. Let the Journey begin

Day 2 Sangoma Consultations Cape Point
9:00 am Pre arranged consultations and Township Tour (experiencing cultural realities) or visit Kirstenbosch Gardens
12:00 pm Travel to Cape Point where the two Oceans meet. Visit Ra/Ray the Giant Mountain Guardian and Gatekeeper on route.
1:00 pm - Picnic Lunch overlooking False Bay
3:00 pm Cape Point, we explore the powerful energies experienced at this Primal Base Chakra, we put our feet in the waters where these two great oceans converge - Meditation. Or free time to ENJOY!
5:00 pm - Travel to the Pyramid and All Seeing Eye (Solar Plexus Chakra Node)

Day 3 Hermanus Communing with the whales

1:00 pm - Picnic at Betties Bay on the banks of the Palmiet River
3:00pm - Arrive Hermanus Check in to guesthouse.
4:30pm - Commune with the Whales the Great Wisdom Keepers (focus on expressing oneself in the outside world)
6:00 pm - Dinner in Bietangs Cave an ancient Khoi/Strandlooper cave, above the High Tide mark Overlooking the ocean
Day 4 Cape St. Blaize Cave Mosselbay Wilderness
10:00 am - Depart for Mosselbay along the Garden Route
1:30 pm - Cape St. Blaize Cave Lunch at restaurant
2:30 pm - Visit the Cave and meet the two guardian spirits meditation
3:30 pm - Depart for Wilderness National Park
4:30 pm - Check into wooden chalets
5:30 pm Walk to nearby sacred cave of ancients

Day 5 - Knysna Plettenberg Bay Keurbooms Strand
9:00 am leave for Knysna and Plettenberg Bay
10:00 am - Visit the Great Knysna Heads and sacred Strandloper cave
11:00 am - Depart for Plettenberg Bay and the Ancient burial caves of the Robberg Peninsula
12:00 pm - Explore caves - Picnic lunch Swim Dolphins Whales meet the rock guardian (Boat trip to meet the dolphins)

5:00pm Beach walk and sunset meditation
7:00pm Fireside Dinner - GROUP PROCESS
Day 6 Cathedral Rock and Sacred Burial Caves
8:00 9:00 pm - Pack and have breakfast
10:00am Morning beach walk to Cathedral Rock explore the energies of this portal focus on releasing and honoring of emotions and issues that have arisen individually and collectively during Sunpath journey
12:00pm Noon Hour meditation - Eat from the Sea Picnic Lunch

4:00pm Leave for Lalibela Lodge We check in for two days into the luxury game lodge of Lalibela, we are spoilt with an unforgettable experience of Game Drives,viewing the Lion, Buffalo, Elephant, Leopard and Rhinoceros also enjoying top class service, food and accommodation
6:00pm Fireside dinner and meditation
Day 7 After a day of game viewing and experiencing the African Bushveld. We transfer to Port Elizabeth airport and fly back to Cape Town on an evening flight. Arrive Cape Town transfer to Hotels/Guest-house.
