You are now in Africa, so come and enjoy a Safari tour around South Africa, in the only way to do it. Camping. Our country enjoys top class camping facilities throughout its land. We have created this Tour for those who wish to experience the mood of Africa, in contact with Nature's Fauna, Flora and it's fantastic landscape.
The itinerary includes visit to Caves, Safari in the Kruger Park, Walk in the mountains, Dining on a paddle cruiser, Jumping off the highest Bungee jumping site in the world (if you are up to), riding an ostrich, seeing the best landscapes of South Africa, visiting a shangaai village and a zulu village and enjoying their culture, food and dances and in general enjoying South Africa at its best.
Our tour Departs from Cape Town and it is a round trip ending back in the mother city. We go east along the Garden route and little karoo visiting ostrich country and the Knysna forests, then north to the great Drakensberg mountains and the great Kruger park, after which we travel the Blyde river canyon and visit Sudwala Caves then heading west through the northern plains reaching the awesome Augrabies Falls. We then turn south through the great Karoo visiting the Cederberg mountains and the place of the bushmen, ending back in Cape Town. We provide all camping equipment and facilities along the route. We travel in comfortable 6 seater vehicles (4X4). Become part of our team and enjoy an unforgettable experience. We do full Safari or part of this trip, and will accommodate any other combination of accommodation and mode of transport.
Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Depart From Cape Town to Oudtshoorn Via klein Karoo. We will do wine tasting and enjoy route 62 landscape (the longest wine route in the world). Morning Visit to ostrich farm where you get the chance to ride an ostrich and learn about these fantastic animals. We will also visit the famous Cango Caves where we will take a 1-1/2 hr adventure tour into the caves; you have to see them to believe them.
Day 2: Afternoon Depart from Oudtshoor to Knysna. We will enjoy the landscape and amazing mountain passes as we work our way through the Outeniqua mountains.
Day 3: Visit the Knysna Forest, take a ferry in the Knysna Lagoon and do a Canopy tour on top of the Tsitsikama forest trees. You have to eat The famous Oysters at the knysna lagoon with us.
Day 4: We travel along the Tsitsikama mountains, visiting the Big tree, the garden of Eden, and those who feel brave get the chance to do the highest bungee jump in the world from the top of Bloukraans bridge. We end the day at the Addo Elephant Park.
Day 5: We travel to port st Johns to experience unspoilt beaches. Where we will relax and rest under the African sun.
Day 6: We work our way toward the Drakensberg Mountains towards the north, ending at Cathedral Peak wilderness area.
Day 7: Today we hike into the majestic mountains climbing up to 2500 mt. The view is breathtaking.
Day 8: We travel up north and end the day entering the Kruger national Park via Crocodile bridge.
Day 9: This is it, you are in Africa. We do a full day game drive ending at Satara Camp
Day 10: From Satara we do another slow easy drive to Letaba camp. Game viewing and relaxing.
Day 11: We leave the Kruger park via Phalaborwa gate and we travel through the Blyde River Canyon, visiting the famous Gold mining town of Pilgrim's Rest. We end the day at Sudwala Caves where you get a chance to visit our world renown Dinosaur Park where real life size replicas among the forest will take you back millions of years.
Day 12: we travel to the west as far as Vryburg enjoying the hard landscape of the northern parts. We will visit a fantastic crocodile ranch along the route and if you are up to it, have some crocodile steak.
Day 13: We travel along the Northern Cape Desert area and we will reach the majestic Augrabies Falls. Here you will feel the power of nature when you stand at the falls and hear the thunder of the water go through your body.
Day 14: We will travel the Great Karoo desert and reach the Cederberg Mountains where we will camp for the night and enjoy a view of the stars like you have never seen it before.
Day 15: This day we will explore the Wolhutan Cracks in the mountains, visit bushman paintings and the Stadsaal rock formations. The brave can take a 4X4 ride up the mountain. We will end the day with a nice Braai (barbeque).
Day 16: We travel back to Cape Town where our trip ends. You will be a different person by then!!!

Bookings will only be accepted upon receipt of a deposit of 40% of the fee. Balance payable on departure date.
There will be a 20% cancellation fee if done less than 5 days prior to departure.
