Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: (Durban to Msikaba)
Depart from Durban early morning and travel to Msikaba arriving
around lunchtime. Accommodation will be in Msikaba Drifters Inn. Lunch will be served at the Inn. The remainder of the afternoon will be spent exploring the coastline, Msikaba River Mouth, fishing
or simply relaxing. Supper will be a high carbohydrate meal, served at Msikaba. Includes: (L), (D).

Day 2: (Msikaba to Port Grosvenor)
An early breakfast will be followed by a walk into the neighbouring Mkambati reserve; on return we will enjoy a quick lunch before heading to Grosvenor (about 6km's). There is an awesome river at Msikaba, fantastic for paddling on. There is also a lovely island in front of Msikaba where we can dive for crays and fish for sharks. The remainder of the afternoon (time permitting) will be spent exploring the Port Grosvenor coastline, shark fishing from Hamilton’s or Danger Point, or simply relaxing. BLD

Day 3: (Port Grosvenor to Luphuthana)
Rising with the sun, those interested in a mornings fishing will be accommodated. After which, breakfast will be served at the Drifters Inn. After the bags have been packed, the days walking will commence. Walking this stretch of coastline will take us through Port Grosvenor and Goss’s arriving early afternoon at Luphuthana Cottage, our accommodation for the night. The walk for today is 10 kilometres in length. Highlights of the day are the rugged coastline and the wreck of the BBC China. A picnic style lunch will be served en route. Afternoon is free time where one can relax and take in the picturesque surroundings or part take in an afternoon’s fishing at the legendary spot - Top Hat. Dinner will be a braai at Luphuthana Cottage. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Day 4: (Luphuthana to Mbotyi)
Rising early, a hearty breakfast will be served at Luphuthana Cottage before commencing the days walk. Over the course of the days walk we will cover approximately 12km, arriving mid afternoon at Mbotyi. Highlights of the day will be the spectacular Waterfall bluff, Cathedral rock, massive sea cliffs, and rolling coastal forests of Mbotyi. Lunch will be served en route while enjoying an awe inspiring view over the ocean. Arriving early afternoon at Mbotyi the rest of the afternoon will be free time when one can rest wary legs or spend some time relaxing on the beach or partaking in a bit of fishing. Supper will be served at Mbotyi cottage. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

Days 5/6: Mbotyi
Your full day at Mbotyi will be spent exploring the coastline, estuaries and forests of the region. Possible activities include superb rock ‘n surf fishing as well fishing ski angling, paddling in the Mbotyi estuary, walks to Mpunzi lagoon, Sharks Point and Colliers Rock, forest walks, great beaches for swimming. The itinerary will be flexible. We will arrange activities as they suite you. Includes: (B), (L), (D).

We will depart after breakfast on the last morning (day 6) to make the return trip to Durban, arriving early afternoon. Includes: (B).
