Tour Itinerary:
Day 1 - Buenos Aires
Arrive in Buenos Aires and transfer to hotel. (Americas Tower Hotel/Sofitel Buenos Aires)
Day 2 - Buenos Aires
Morning city tour includes the Obelisco; the famous squares Plaza de Mayo, San Martin, Alvear and Plaza del Congreso; avenues Corrientes, De Mayo, and 9 de Julio; and historical neighborhoods. Also visit Lezama Park, 3 de Febrero, Ecological Reserve and the commercial and financial districts. Afternoon free. (B)
Day 3 - Buenos Aires
After breakfast, a day at leisure. This evening, dinner and tango show in a traditional "tangueria." (B/D)
Day 4 - Buenos Aires/Bariloche
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for flight to Bariloche, in the foothills of the Andes. Arrive and transfer to hotel. (Edelweiss Hotel/Pan Americano Bariloche Hotel) (B)
Day 5 - Bariloche
After breakfast, explore the scenic lakes and countryside of this area. Drive along "Circuito Chico," a short loop around Lake Nahuel Huapi that boasts views of mountain peaks, glaciers, rushing rivers, verdant forests, wildlife, and the spectacular lake. Pass Cerro Catedral (Cathedral Mountain) and arrive at Cerro Campanario for one of the region's most beautiful views. Journey continues to picturesque Llao Llao and San Eduardo Chapel. (B)
Day 6 - Bariloche
Full-day excursion begins with transfer to Puerto Panuelo. Sail up to Quetrihue Peninsula and visit the Arrayanes forest, famous for its unusual terra cotta-colored arrayan trees. Sail to Isla Victoria. Optional chairlift to Cerro Bella Vista viewpoint. (B)
Day 7 - Bariloche
Full-day excursion to the picture-perfect town of San Martin de Los Andes. Travel through the famous Siete Lagos (seven lakes) circuit for magnificent and varied mountain and lake scenery. (B)
Day 8 - Bariloche/Buenos Aires/Iguazu Falls
After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Puerto Iguazu. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel. Then visit the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls, one of the most remarkable natural wonders of the world. (Sheraton Iguaza Resort & Spa, Jungle View/Falls View) (B)
Day 9 - Iguazu Falls
This morning visit the Brazilian side of the falls. In the afternoon, you may opt to take a boat to see the falls from down below or take a helicopter ride to view the falls from above. (B)
Day 10 - Iguazu Falls/Buenos Aires/USA
Transfer to the airport for international flight. (B)
