Dr. Guo is an extraordinary master and healer. She has taught Qigong (pronounced ‘chi kung’, the Chinese art of working with qi, or energy) at The Hill for several years. And this year we’re very excited that she’ll be leading healing tea rituals too.
So, you’ll learn all about Qigong: through special exercises that Dr. Guo has developed and through meditations that allow you to get so in touch with your qi that you very naturally do what is best for you. You’ll experience remarkable feelings of qi, great insights into your life and – if required – deep healing.
And Dr. Guo will lead regular tea rituals, an ancient tradition in China. With the help of the finest quality Chinese teas (some literally worth their weight in gold), served in the right way, you’ll experience feelings of deep peace and relaxation. You’ll also be taught about these special teas and how to use them yourself.
Dr. Guo is a genuine master: she has devoted her life to the study and practice of qi – and all those who come into contact with her are touched by the sense of peace and lightness that she emanates.

Dr. Guo has been introducing people in the west to the beauty of the tea ritual for some time. She is now – together with Gaia Pollini (founder of The Hill) and other highly skilled tea specialists – creating more events and opportunities to experience, learn about and train in the healing art of the tea ritual.
