Dan Brulé, as well as being one of the world’s leading breath experts, is possibly the most relaxed person you’ll ever meet. He is able to remain relaxed, open, positive and even grateful whatever is happening around him: from the catastrophic to the blissful.
Last year, for example, he broke his knee very badly. He was able to heal himself in two days, just by thinking (and feeling) that this was somehow a great thing for him. And he believes that you can do the same (well, not specifically the healing knees bit, more the ‘feeling good no matter what is going on’ bit).
