We will show you how to swirl, sniff and slurp your way through some great wines at De Bortoli’s, a third generation Italian Winery. Then off to Train Trak Vineyard (”Hottest Vineyard Restaurant”, ‘Out there Food and Wine Awards’) to sample hand picked boutique wines and sit back and relax with a two course lunch, glass of wine and tea or coffee overlooking lovely vineyard views.
Experience Yering Station the oldest vineyard in the valley and try some great wines including excellent Cuvee’s and an awesome Fortified Shiraz plus more! Check out their produce store and wander around the gardens. Finish the leisurely day with a guided tour of the wine making facilities at the famous Domaine Chandon and learn how wine is made. Enjoy a glass of sparkling or still wine with cheese, crusty bread and relish.
