Its forests are starkly beautiful, its lakes giant. Stockholm, the country's capital, is a progressive city with pockets that maintain a village feel. Gothenburg and Malmö also beckon with urban delights. Away from the cities, Sweden takes in vast areas of scenic coastline and idyllic islands. The wilderness areas of Norrland have the legendary midnight sun in summer, Arctic Scandinavia's highest mountain and marvelous hiking trails.

This is one of the typical suggested tours, we always arrange customized itineraries, please contact us for planning the same.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Stockholm

Arrival in Stockholm the capital of Scandinavia. We welcome you at Arlanda airport and escort you to your hotel in Stokholm. Escape the stress of the modern life and experience stillness and silence – be one with nature and enjoy the freedom and clean, clear air. Spend h rest of the time in discovering the magic of Stockholm especially at night.

Day 2: Stockholm sightseeing

After a buffet breakfast at the hotel, you start the day early to kick start your visit to Stockholm. Explore the old part of Stockholm, Gamla Stan with the Houses of Parliament, the Great Cathedral and cavernous Stockholm Palace. See the City Hall, constructed in the National Romantic style where each year on December 10th the Nobel price banquette takes place; take a walk through cobbled streets lined with medieval buildings. The Old Town is in direct contrast with today’s modern city centre. By afternoon you are transferred to Kalmar by train. Stay in Kalmar.

Day 3: Kalmar sightseeing

Kalmar is one of the oldest cities in the country – once it was even the third largest city in Sweden. History is waiting around each corner - you will find traces of every different historical period – everything from the Stone Age to the period of great power. Take a walk down the cobbled streets in the Old Town and finish with a visit to Kalmar Castle, which has a history dating back 800 years.
Also the emigrant's area is not too far from Kalmar. From this part of Sweden many families emigrated to America in the years 1840-1930 to escape hunger and poverty.

The surroundings of Kalmar are famous for their glass art. The area is called the Glasriket, the kingdom of crystal. 11 glassworks are situated within 90 km from Kalmar city. At the County Museum, you will find the largest treasure of gold coins in Sweden - see it along with all the other findings from the man-of-war Kronan. When the evening comes the fun is not over, it is just getting started! Kvarnholmen is seething with pubs and restaurants and in the summer-time we offer entertainment both at Larmtorget and in Stadsparken. Stay in hotel in Kalmar.

Day 4: Return to Stockholm and transfer

After breakfast you take train to reach Stockholm and are transferred to your destination on arrival.
