The guests will stay in Manzara, a traditional village house in the authentic village of Ortisahar, situated in Cappadocia. With Manzara as a starting point, many beautiful walks and trips can be made. Evelien knows the area like the back of her hand, and will accompany most trips, together with her dog Noura, in order to show you the best places. Trips will be 4 to 5 hours on average, but can be made longer or shorter on request. It is possible to stay at Manzara for one or two weeks and yet make a trip each day, each one entirely different. For children, from the age of 8 and up, it's possible to join the walks on the back of a donkey.
Staying at Manzara means staying at the heart of traditional Turkish village life, which is renowned for its hospitality. You will meet with the local population and visit places you would otherwise simply overlook. You will also experience delicious local meals from the authentic Turkish cuisine (also for vegetarians).
