The quest is to discover premium quality wine to suit your individual style and taste. Your host is highly knowledgeable in the wine of the region. We deliberately select small boutique wineries in the Yarra Valley so we can share with you the passion that these wine makers have for making uniquely different wines. Travelling with your personal tour host with your private group exclusively or as a couple not only has greater social advantages, it is by nature more flexible and therefore open to opportunities which could arise on the day. This could enable the host to take your private group to a special winery or meet with a wine maker.
Good wine is made in the vineyard. This is where the flavour comes into the wine. The vintage depends on weather conditions but the age of the vines and the site can also have a major influence on the flavour of the wine. By visiting the boutique wineries, talking with your guide and tasting the wine at the cellar door, will learn more about the region, increase your wine knowledge and subsequently have a greater appreciation for the wine you're tasting or buying. It all adds up to an enriching experience, one that will be remembered long after the day.
