Tour Itinerary:
We offer an alternative eco-friendly tour into the Stellenbosch Winelands area, just outside of Cape Town. The tour begins with a walk through the company gardens, a train ride in 1st class out to Spier Wine estate follows. Upon arrival the group receives their bicycles and begins cycling the gravel route of 17 kilometers.
Along the way the group visits x4 wine farms; Spier, Stellenbosch Hills, Skilpadvlei and Welmoed, tasting five excellent South African wines at each estate.
The circular route returns to its starting point and the group boards the train back to cape town, giving time for the group to relax and day dream about a day cycling through the wine vineyards in Africa.
