Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival Muscat
Arrival at Muscat International Airport. Meet, assist and transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day relaxes at the hotel.
Day 2: Diving
Morning, transfer to the Oman Dive Centre for the morning dive session. The boat leaves at 9 am returning to the Centre at 3 pm. Lunch will be served during the dive period. On completing return to the hotel. Evening at leisure.
Day 3: Diving
Morning, transfer to the Oman Dive Centre for the morning dive session. The boat leaves at 9 am returning to the Centre at 3 pm. Lunch will be served during the dive period. On completing return to the hotel. Evening at leisure.
Day 4: Diving
Morning, transfer to the Oman Dive Centre for the morning dive session. The boat leaves at 9 am returning to the Centre at 3 pm. Lunch will be served during the dive period. On completing return to the hotel. Evening at leisure.
Day 5: Ras Alhad (Turtle Beach)
Morning, leave through the coastal road by 4WD for the renowned city of Sur famous for its Dhows, the traditional sea vessels of Oman . Picnic lunch will be served on the way. Afternoon we go to the Ras Al Hadd where turtle nesting is a major attraction. Late evening we enjoy our Barbeque dinner and overnight in camp under the stars.
Day 6: Ras Alhad - Wadi Bani Khaled - Wahiba Sands
Depart early morning for the Wadi Bani Khalid Surrounded by date palm trees and tropical fruit plantations, here is an idyllic setting for a dip in the crystal clear water pools. We lunch here before proceeding to the magical Wahiba Sands. The local tribe "Bedu" greets us along the way. After watching a spectacular sunset, an Arabic BBQ dinner will be served. Overnight in tents under the stars.
Day 7: Muscat
Early morning after breakfast we depart Wahiba Sands and return back to Muscat. Afternoon after lunch we proceed for the half day city tour of Muscat. The tour starts with a visit to the grandeur of the al Bustan Palace Hotel – a palace hotel exclusively built for an annual Conference of the Heads of the Gulf countries and to show off the wealth of the Sultanate to the Arab World. Then proceed to the spectacular Al Alam Palace for photo session and continue the scenic drive along the beautiful corniche road to the traditional Souq (local market) in Old Muttrah - an excellent place to observe the local culture and life – style in originality.
Return to hotel for your overnight stay.
Day 8: Muscat - Dolphin Watch
Morning proceed to A dolphin watch tour, and evening transfer to the airport for your flight to your destination.
