Bounded by the River Plate on the east and the Pampas on the west, Argentina's capital is one of the most colorful, exciting cities in the world. Enjoy culture and cafe society, polo and tango, and a history that is reflected in the of French, Spanish, and Italian architectural styles. Both San Telmo, where there is still clear evidence of the colonial and architectural styles in other areas of the city: Italian Art Nouveau, highly popular during the early 1900s, the French style in Recoleta, and of course modern skyscrapers. You'll also find some of the world's most superb shopping, concerts, and nightlife with famous tango dancing.

Your Itinerary

Day 1:
Transfer from International Airport to your hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of the city, visiting La Boca district, San Telmo with its antique shops and Flea Market on Sundays, as well as The Mayo Square, Government House, Colon Theartre, Recoleta and Palermo Park with its botanical garden adn centenary zoo. Return to hotel for overnight.

Day 2:
Full day tour to Tigre and the delta of hte Parana River. After a leisurely drive through the northern residential suburbs of Buenos Aires, board a motor boat for a cruise around the islands of the delta of the Parana River, with its clubs, restaurants and weekend homes. In the evening, enjoy dinner at one of Buenos Aires' famous restaurants, followed by a tango show.

Day 3:
Full day excursion to The Pampas to enjoy a "Fiesta Gaucha". The Pampas is an almost unimaginable area of open grassland covering a quarter of Argentina. Years ago, the gaucho hunted wild cattle on the praires, now, they tend large herds on elegant estancias and raise Argentina's famous beef. They also breed many of the horses, which race and run on tracks and play on polo fields around the world. Return to Buenos Aires for overnight.

Transfer to international airport for return flight.
