Day 1:
Saturday
Departure from Johannesburg per El Al.

Sunday
Arrival in Tel Aviv. Meeting and assistance. To Neot Kedumim (Biblical
Landscape Park) for welcome breakfast and tour of the site. On to Tel Aviv
for a city tour, later to Jaffa (ancient Joppa). To Kibbutz Hafetz Haim,
for dinner and overnight.

Day 3:
Monday
Breakfast. Morning lecture on agriculture in Israel. Mid-day: Visit
Moshav Hatzav - see tomatoes for export. Afternoon: See various
irrigation methods.
Dinner and overnight: Kibbutz Hafetz Haim.

Day 4:
Tuesday
Morning: Visit Lachish experimental farm, see demonstrations of various
kinds of vegetable production. Visit "Hishtil" - a vegetable nursery and
greenhouse. Afternoon visit various greenhouses.
Dinner and overnight: Kibbutz Hafetz Haim.

Day 5:
Wednesday
Morning: Meeting with a representative of the Agricultural department.
Mid-day: Visit agricultural school - see the training. Afternoon: Visit
a company specialising in marketing of tomatoes for export.
Dinner and overnight: Kibbutz Hafetz Haim.

Day 6:
Thursday
Full day tour in Jerusalem (Old City) and Bethlehem. Evening transfer to
airport for departure flight.

Friday
Early morning arrival in Johannesburg.
