You will stay in quality hotels and visit the most scenic and interesting areas of Guatemala. These include the lost Mayan city of Tikal, located in the Peten rainforest, the colonial capital of Antigua, "the most beautiful city in the world", Rio Dulce and the Caribbean gateway to Guatemala, Lake Atitlan, with its towering volcanoes and quaint Indian villages, and the famous Indigenous market town of Chichicastenango. There will be ample time to explore all of these sites and more in the most beautiful country in Central America.

Day 1:
1) Arrive by air to Guatemala City and be met by guides
2) Transport to Rio Dulce (3 hours)
3) Check into hotel, welcome and orientation briefing

2) River trip to Garifuna town of Livingston on the Caribbean Coast (lunch en route)
3) Swimming at waterfalls,hot springs
4) Return to hotel via biotope (manatee) reserve

3) Transportation to Lanquin

1) Full day of relaxation at the waterfalls and natural pools of Semuc Champey

3) Return to Lanquin to visit caves and watch the exiting of the bats

2) Lunch and free time to explore and look for the rare Quetzal bird
