Your Itinerary
Day 1:
Rainforest Retreat
Meet & Greet on arrival at Belize International Airport. After clearing customs a private plane will be waiting to whisk you to Chan Chich Lodge, a beautiful jungle lodge set in the heart of the Belizean rainforest for a 4 night stay.
The 12 thatched-roof cabanas surround two central buildings that contain the reception desk, restaurant, bar, gift shop, and library.
Accommodations: Each cabana is fully screened and has two queen-size beds, ceiling fan, private bath with hot and cold water, 24 hour electricity and a wrap-around veranda complete with hammocks. The cabanas are beautifully finished inside with local exotic hardwoods.
Adventures: During your stay you will enjoy three excellent meals each day, along with all daytime activities (horseback riding, canoeing, guided trips, hikes on the many rainforest trails).
Also included are complimentary bottled soft drinks and Belikin Beer. An optional trip can be arranged to the Mayan ruins at La Milpa or Lamanai if you wish.

THE TEMPLES OF TIKAL in the Peten region of Guatemala is the most fabulous site of all!
This morning after breakfast a private plane will be waiting to whisk you to the San Ignacio area of Western Belize where your driver/guide will be waiting to drive you to the Tikal National Park for a fascinating guided tour of the main temples.
Dinner and overnight stay at the Jungle Lodge Hotel, located inside the Park.
Imagine the ceremonies where human sacrifices were offered to the Gods. Listen carefully and you will hear the still-beating heart of a dying Civilisation . . .

Day 5:
Lake Peten Itza, Flores, Guatemala
The adventurous can get up early to watch the sun rise from the top of Temple IV. When you are ready you will be driven to the island of Flores on Lake Peten Itza for a relaxing boat trip on the lake before being transferred to the Flores Airport for your flights back to Belize.
"La Isla Bonita" - The Beautiful Island
On arrival in Belize you will connect with a short flight to San Pedro on the lovely island of Ambergris Caye - made famous by Madonna in her song "La Isla Bonita" - "The Beautiful Island".
En route you will enjoy the most spectacular aerial views of dense rainforests and the world famous Belize Barrier Reef.
Relax and unwind during your 7 night stay in an absolutely luxurious beachfront casita at Mata Chica Beach Resort. The atmosphere of Mata Chica is very much in harmony with the surrounding sea and palms; but at the same time it is contemporary and luxurious.
