The ultimate offroad, outback australian adventure. Brisbane to Alice Springs, via the famous Birdsville Track, Lake Eyre, Uluru and Kings Canyon. This is the outback experience of a lifetime.

Your Itinerary

Day 1:
Pick up at accommodation in Brisbane City, Fortitude Valley and South Brisbane,or at the corner of George Street and Herschel Street Brisbane (opposite Roma Street Railway Station) 06:30am to 07:30am.

Today we will depart the City of Brisbane and make our way west to the outback town of Charleville, the largest town in Queensland's great South West. Once we are west of Charleville we will pull off the bitumen and establish camp for the night.

Day 2:
Early morning rise. This morning we head South West through Quilpie and on to the historic town of Birdsville. This is where our expedition really begins as we depart the uniformity of the black top, into the vast Australian sunburnt outback. From rugged Birdsville we venture into the red sand of the Simpson Desert and take on BIG RED the largest sand dune in the vast Simpson. We will make these red dunes our desert home for the night.

Day 3:
This morning we will head back into Birdsville. You will have the opportunity to relax and wander around at your own leisure.

After lunch we will disappear into the dust of the Birdsville Track.

Day 4:
Experience adrenaline pumping extreme four wheel drive action on The Birdsville and The Oodnadatta Track. You will learn how native flora and fauna has adapted to survive in the harsh desert environment. You will use these survival techniques to maximise your own essential life support (food, water, shelter) in this unforgiving environment.

Same as for day 4.

Day 6:
Today we will arrive at Uluru, the world’s biggest rock. We will explore this great marvel before experiencing the sun setting over Uluru in the evening. Tonight we will camp at Ayres Rock Resort, only twenty kilometres from the rock.

Day 7:
We will spend the day swimming and exploring kings Canyon and the Olgas before our expedition concludes in Alice Springs.
