Your Itinerary

Day 1 - Islamabad;

on arrival at Islamabad you will be transported to your designated hotel. In the afternoon, you will visit the National Park. Covering an area of 2,300 acres, it has a lake, an aquarium, agarden restaurant, a Japanese garden and several miles of roads and bridle paths.In the vicinity is situated a full-length 18 hole Golf Course. Overnight stay in Islamabad. Includes: (L) (D)

Day 2 - Islamabad;

In the morning, visit the gallery of the Pakistan National Council of Arts now renamed Idara-e -Saqafat Pakistan.Also visit the bazaars of Rawalpindi, the Saddar Bazaar,the Raja Bazaar and Murree Road where one can pick up gold, silver, brass, copper ware, souvenirs and handicrafts. In the afternoon visit the Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage. This institute is concerned with the preservation of folk and traditional culture of Pakistan.It houses a folk music library, folk jewelry,costumes and other indigenous musical instruments. We visit Shakarprian Hills, which is a beautiful picnic spot giving a bird's eye view of Islamabad. Also visit Daman-e-Koh which also offers a panoramic view ofIslamabad. Overnight stay in Islamabad. Day 3 - Peshawar;

After breakfast depart for Peshawar by road. Enroute visit Taxila museum and sites. For over 1000 years, Taxila remained famous as a center of learning of Gandhara art, sculpture, architecture, education and Buddhism in the days of Buddhist glory. A museum comprising various sections with rich archaeological finds of Taxila has been established close to these sites. We continue to Peshawar and on arrival check in at hotel. Evening tour of Peshawar bazaars. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 4 - Peshawar;

Tour of famous Khyber Pass through which marched all the great conquerors of Indo-Pakistan plains. It has been a silent witness to countless events. The Aryans, Persians, Alexander,Changez Khan, the White Huns, the Scythians, the Mughals and the Afghans. You will travel by road from Peshawar via Jamrud fort, which lies amongst low stony hills, capped with pickets manned by Khyber Rifles. On route is also the Sphola Stupa of Buddhist period and Landikotal Bazaar until you reach the border post at Torkham. In the evening, return to Peshawar. Incase, Khyber Pass visit is not possible, tour of Peshawar and surrounding's will be arranged. Overnight stay in Peshawar. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 5 - Early morning flight to Lahore. Check in at Hotel. Afternoon free. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 6 - Lahore;

Full day city tour of Lahore visiting Shalimar Gardens. It was completed between 1641 and 1643 in the reign of Emperor Shah Jehan. Its triple- terraced gardens, decorated with marble pavilions, ornamental pools, water falls and fountains, make it one of the World's finest Persian gardens. Also visit Badshahi Mosque,world's largest existing historical mosque built in 1674.It was constructed using a blend of white marble and red stones. Later visit Lahore Fort. A grandeur of Moghal architecture are Shish Mahal, Moti Masjid, Diwan-e-Amm and Hathi Per. Also visit Moghal and Sikh period museums. Overnight stay in Lahore. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 7 - Lahore;

Full day city tour of Lahore visiting Tombs of Emperor Jehangir, descendant of "Akbar the Great", built in 1637 AD by his beloved Queen Noor Jehan. It is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Also visit Noor Jehan's Tomb .In the afternoon visit the old walled city. The history of old city may be as old as the Lahore Fort but it is still living within its walled area which is accessible through 12 gates. It's a multiple bazar and jostling adventure of the oriental culture and has its own flair and aroma. Overnight stay in Lahore. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 8 - Quetta;

Arrive Quetta by air. City tour of Quetta. Quetta is situated at an elevation of 1677 meters and is the provincial capital of Balochistan. Overnight stay at Quetta. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 9 - Ziarat;

After breakfast leave for Ziarat. Situated about 122 KM in the north of Quetta, this popular picnic resort is at an elevation of 2,440 meters from the sea level. Juniper forests, which are one of the worlds oldest, are the main source of lush green vista of the Ziarat Valley. Quaid-I-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan visited Ziarat on a number of occasions and also spent the last days of his life here. Overnight stay at Ziarat. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 10 - Karachi;

Afternoon departure for Quetta in order to get flight for Karachi. Arrival at Karachi. Check in at hotel. Rest of the time at leisure. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 11 - Karachi;

City tour of Karachi visiting Karachi Museum. The national museum houses an interesting collection of ancient sculptures,carved coins and other relics from the past, particularly those discovered from Mohenjodaro as well as some relating to the Gandhara civilization. Also visit Quaid-e-Azam's Mausoleum which is a prominent and impressive landmark of Karachi. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 12 - Karachi;

City tour of Karachi Bazaars including Sarafa Bazaar, Zainab Market, Saddar Co-operative Market, Bohri Bazaar, Juna Market, Kharadar, Mithadar and Jodia Bazaar. In the afternoon visit Karachi's golden beaches at Sandspit, Hawkes Bay and Paradise Point. Overnight stay in Karachi. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 13 - Moenjodaro;

Day excursion to Moenjodaro by air. This archaeological site has been rated amongst the most spectacular of the world's ancient cities. Considered one of the earliest and most developed of urban civilizations, Moenjodaro flourished from the third to the middle of the second millenium BC when it vanished, leaving only traces of its culture. Also visit Moenjodaro Museum that houses finds from the excavations. In the evening return to Karachi for overnight stay. Includes: (B) (L)

Day 14 - You will be transferred from your hotel to the airport for your next destination. Includes: (B)
