S.C.U.B.A. Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus the word says it all "Underwater Breathing". The feeling of Scuba diving is a sensation like no other, weightless and floating free. Not free falling but buoyed up by Archimedes principle.
Astronauts train for zero gravity using Scuba diving, they have to leave the planet to put their experience into practice. We at Seahorse make our 20 Nautical Mile journey and find another world without leaving the planet.
Our atmosphere is air, the world of the fish is under-water another atmosphere. Scuba diving takes you there. Half an hour of preparation opens the door to an experience of pleasure carefully mixed with the excitement of Scuba diving and the un-known.
Easier than Snorkelling away from the waves the underwater world is calm and peaceful with all the fish going about their business; the business of being fish. Scuba diving equipment allows the non-swimmer to safely enter the world of the fish and the corals. Holding the hand of an experienced instructor it's like a walk in the park, a Marine Park. The day tour departs every day (weather permitting) and the overnight trip Departs Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Your Itinerary
Day 1:
Departs daily 9.00. Two hours sailing, 4hours at reef including lunch and two hours sailing home. Overnight trip departs 9.30. Four hours sailing, two reef anchorages sunset on the reef (weather permitting) alternatively mooring at Fitzroy Is. (L)
Day 2:
Second day breakfast and lunch returning 4.00pm

Airfare is not included in the tour price.
The Adult Fare is just $89 per person, and children 4-14 years of age are $55. Children up to 3 years of age are free of charge.
Day cruise options include Introductory Dives ($65 each) and Certified Dives ($45 each), and wetsuit hire is available at $6 per day. Cold refreshments and Seahorse T-Shirts can be purchased on board.
If you can't find your own way to Marlin Marina for our 8.55am departure, we can arrange transfers within the Cairns City area for $6 per person, or $12 per person for the Northern Beaches.
