Jainism is one of the oldest religion in India. They belive in Ahimsa (Non Violence). Karnataka has many Jain monuments which dates back to around 2nd century. We take you to the four important Jain Centres combaining Island tour, Agri Tourism, Heritage & Hills of Karnataka during the 4 day trip.

Your Itinerary

Day 1: Start from Kundapur to Karkala, visit Gomateshwara. Proceed to Moodbidri. Visit Thousand Pillar Temple. After Lunch, visit Jain Mutts and other important places. Visit to Soans Farms, a world of agricultural and botanical diversity. Shop for spices and fruits. Return to Kundapur. (B) (L)

Day 2: Visit to the ancient ruins of the lost city of the Pepper Queen, which was a Jain Kingdom. Leave Kundapur at 7.00 a.m. Take a boat ride to the island. Visit the ruins of the old city. Visit Chaturmukha Basadi. Have a pure Jain Lunch in the Island. Start back at three in the afternoon. Stop over at Ottinene to see the sunset. Those who would like to swim in the Beach can do so. Back to Kundapur. (B) (L)

Day 3: Visit to “Hombuja” Jain Temple. On the way stop at visit Joginagundi waterfalls or Barkana (depending on the season). This is in the middle of the forest so we can not guarantee the visit to this place, as there are many chances of the way being blocked. After Lunch, proceed to Shravanabelagula. Visit Gomateshwara. Stay at Hassan. (B) (L)

Day 4: Visit Belur & see the world famous Hoysala Architecture in the temples. we can return to the railway station in Mangalore or return to Kundapur. Tour ends. (B) (L)

Airfare is not included in the tour price.

The tour includes:
- Stay in a double-bedded hotel room for 6 nights with modern amenities on a twin-sharing basis.
- Transportation: vehicle and guide will be provided. Vehicle depending upon the no. of people.
- Entry fees if any (camera/video fees will be extra).
- For a group of more than 30 cultural program will be arranged on the first night at Kundapur.
- We do not give you ultra luxury accommodation as the places you will be visiting will not have any luxury hotels.
