15-Day Mt. Everest Base Camp Lodge Trek.
Our 15-day trek offers trekkers the best this area has to offer without taking too long. This trek is truly an incredible experience of this magnificent region and its fascinating people. From Lukla 2,805m.we trek to Namche Bazaar 3,436m.for a day of acclimatization and optional hikes. From Namche we explore the Sherpa villages of Khunde and Khumjung before heading for Thyangboche Monastery. After visiting Chukung Ri we trek to Lobuche 4,940m for a day hike to Kala Pathar Everest view point 5,550m. For a close encounter with Everest. Surrounded by some of the highest mountains on the Earth you will bask in this incredible mountain scenery before swinging back by way of, little visited Phortse village to fly out of Lukla.
Moderate to rigorous trekking from 2,805m. To 4,940m.with optional day hikes up to 5550m. Accommodation in comfortable lodges runs by Sherpa families. The trek starts with a flight from Kathmandu and includes all meals, services of experienced Sherpa trek guide and porters to carry luggage. Clients carry daypack only and walk at their own pace.

Day 1:
Day 1:
Day 1: Kathamandu to Phakding (8,600ft) Fly Kathmandu / Rumjatar / Lukla (9,200ft). Walk towards Phakding via Chaurikharka down near Dudh Kosi River(8,600ft). (lose 600ft) (4 mi) (3 hrs)

Day 2:
Phakding to Namche Bazaar (11,300ft) With a slight climb to Jorsalle (2,800m), pass a waterfall along this part of the trail villages enjoying magnificent forest of Rhododendron, Mangoliya, and Giant Firs, then walk up to Namche Bazaar. Visit Everest View Hotel (12,400ft). (gain 2,700ft) (10 mi) (5 hrs)

Day 3:
Rest at Namche Bazaar Acclimatize. Side trips to Thame (3801m) at Sherpa Monastery, Hillary Project, birthplace of Tenzing Norgay, Khumjung (Yeti), Medical Health Post, or National Park Museum (hours/miles to each)

Day 4:
Namche Bazaar to Thangboche (12,700ft) An easy walk to Phunki for 3 hours and on the way, one can see blue sheep, musk deer and different Himalayan animals and birds. Ascend for another 3 hours to Tengboche, where you can catch a beautiful glance of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Cholatse, Thamserku and Amadablam. Visit the Thangboche Monastery (12,700ft). (lose 800ft / gain 2,200ft) (10 mi) (6 hrs)
Day 5:
Thangboche to Pangboche (13,300) A short descent to Pangboche (monks village) through a forest of Birches, Conifers, and Rhododendrons, then cross Dudhkosi River. Ascend to Pangboche through the forest and carved Mani stones (3,860m). The day is short because to make a trip to Amadablam Base camp, this is the shortest route. We can of course visit the old monastery (Yeti) in the Khumbu region. (gain 600ft) ( mi) (2.5 hrs)
Day 6:
Trek to Ammadablam Base Camp (4,900m) Hike to Ama Dablam BC. Back to Pangboche.(gain/lose 3609ft) ( mi) ( hrs)
Day 7:
Pangboche to Dingboche (14,400ft) {or Pheriche(13,900ft) Aid Post(5 hrs) for weather or health} Trek 2 & 1/2 hours and have a lunch at Dinboche. After short rest make a short trip to Chhukung Village to catch a view of Island Peak, Amadablam, Amantse, Lhotse, ., then to Dinboche for overnight. (gain 1,100ft) ( mi) (5-6 hrs)

Day 8:
Dingboche to Lobuche (16,200ft) The trail ascends the broad gently sloping valley and climbs steeply into the terminal moraine of Khumbu Glaciers. Cross a bridge and climb higher on the moraine to a row of stone monuments in the memory of six Sherpas who died in an avalanche at Lobuche. (gain 1,800ft) ( mi) (4-5 hrs)

Day 9:
Lobuche to Kala Patar Ri (18,190ft) to Gorakshep (17,100ft) This trail provides a wonderful view of Pumori. This section of the trek provides good views of the Everest Group from Gorakshep (3 hrs) and Kalapatthar (1.5 hrs - gain 1,090ft), which offers the closest view of Mt. Everest and as well as hundreds of other beautiful peaks including that of Tibet. (gain 900ft) ( mi) (6 hrs)

Gorakshep to Everest Base Camp (17,600ft) to Lobuche The Everest Base Camp (6 hr RT) is the main camp for the Mountaineers as they have all the beautiful snowy mountains around and they really make it a life time memory in their travel history.
