Your Itinerary
Day 1: Met on arrival from your flight or picked up from Colombo hotel. Leave for Negombo in the afternoon. Negombo is a characteristic fishing town north of Colombo. Set amid lush groves of coconut palms, it breathes the spirit of the sea. Negombo is a gourmet's paradise with sea food in plenty. Proceed to the Ranweli Resort for dinner and overnight

Day 2: Leave Negombo for Sigiriya. Leave on an excursion for the medieval capital of Polonnaruwa in the afternoon. Polonnaruwa was the capital of Sri Lanka from the 11th to the 13th century AD. This ancient city is today one of the most beautiful centers of this island's cultural heritage. Arrive at Sigiriya Village hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Climb the famed Sigiriya Rock Fortress today. This is a masterpiece of construction, irrigation & artistry. It was also a resort of pleasure, a citadel of beauty & a fortress of strength. Sigiriya has been made famous for the frescoes on its rock wall. You will be staying at the Sigiriya Village hotel.

Day 4: Leave for Kandy the capital of the Sri Lankan kings, which fell to the British in 1815. This hill capital is situated in a valley 1600 feet above sea level, surrounded by mountains & virtually encircled by the scenic Mahaweli river; the longest in Sri Lanka. Kandy is one of the most beautiful cities in Sri Lanka & is famous for it’s temple of the tooth, one of the most venerated Buddhist temples in the world. Proceed to hotel Tree of Life for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Today, you will leave for the mountains. Nuwara Eliya is located in the center of the hill country also called the “Hill station”. This ruggedly picturesque location almost 6200 feet in elevation with its soft cool climate was favored by the British, who made it their hill resort, during their rule in Sri Lanka, (then called Ceylon). Proceed to Ella in the afternoon. Ella is blessed with some of the most beautiful views, you could find in Sri Lanka. This small town is used as a base for plenty of trekking expeditions to the surrounding countryside. You will be staying at the memorable Ella Adventure Park.

Day 6: You are free to indulge in some adventure activities at the Ella Adventure Park. Leave for Colombo in the afternoon. Overnight will be at The Havelock or Taj Samudra.
