| The Metropolitan Cathedral of the Divine Salvador of the World, is the main church of the catholic arquidiocesis of San Salvador, in El Salvador, seat of the metropolitan archbishop. The site in which today the cathedral is elevated, in center of the city of San Salvador, is the place in where in century 19 it was the colonial church of Santo Domingo that was destroyed by an earthquake in 1873. |
