The Chocolate Museum, is located on the Rheinau peninsula, about 15 minutes walk upriver from the Cathedral. The museum includes exhibitions on matters relating to chocolate, as well as a working mini-chocolate factory. In this downscaled factory the whole process of chocolate production can be observed from the cocoa bean to the final slab of chocolate, truffle, or hollow heart.
