Situated in the heart of old Namur, not far from the house where the artist was born, the Felicien Rops provincial museum presents every aspect of this artist`s work, the major stages in his life, his encounters, and what he produced. A technical approach to the diversity of his talent is also proposed: prints and engravings, drawings, and paintings. The museum is installed in a mansion built in the first half of the 18th century in brick and blue stone on a bonded limestone basement.
