This natural getaway is only a five-minute drive from downtown Ottawa. The park itself winds through a beautiful old growth forest and features several nature trails, lakes and panoramic lookouts. The area is especially beautiful in the fall, when the National Capital Commission stages its annual Fall Rhapsody series of tours and lectures.
