| Gouldsboro State Park is located in northeastern Pennsylvania just minutes away from Tobyhanna State Park. Common tree species are beech, birch and maple. The woodland area offers an inviting habitat for white-tailed deer, black bear, snowshoe hares, squirrels, wild turkey, beaver, fox and raccoons. Gouldsboro State Park offers fishing in the 250-acre lake, swimming along 850 feet of sandy shoreline, picnicking at over 300 tables and hiking on over 8.5 miles of trails. Designated areas of the park are open to hunting, trapping and dog training. |
